How it Works

Step 1: Contact us with your travel plans

Please let us know as early as possible if you are planning to fly to Germany and can take an animal with you.

Let us know your destination, the date of travel and the flight number.

Step 2: We clarify whether an animal can travel with you

We will check whether an animal has been placed with a family near your destination.

We will contact you and the person collecting the animal and coordinate the transport.

Step 3: You book the flight

The animal must be checked in as special baggage. Small animals travel in a bag under the seat in the cabin.

Large animals travel in the cargo hold in a transport container.

We will cover the additional costs for the special baggage.

Step 4: We prepare the animal for the journey

We will ensure that the animal has a pet passport, is chipped and vaccinated.

If necessary, we will have the animal examined by a vet to ensure that it is healthy.

Step 5: We take the animal to the airport

On the day of departure, we will take the animal to the airport in good time, meet you and check the animal in together.

Step 6: You travel with the animal to Germany

You fly to Germany with the animal and bring it to the arrivals hall at the airport on arrival.

Step 7: You hand over the animal to the collector

You meet the person collecting the animal and hand over the animal and the pet passport.

You contact us and confirm that the animal has been collected.
