Four cats saved – the next chapter begins

Sometimes life surprises us in unexpected ways, and not always in a positive way. Recently, we were contacted about a case that deeply moved us: four young cats were discovered in a dumpster and brought to the animal shelter.

What initially looked like a tragic fate could now have a happy ending – thanks to attentive helpers and a lot of passion.

A shocking discovery
  • An attentive passerby heard the desperate meowing and found four small kittens in a dumpster. They were visibly frightened and hungry. 
  • Fortunately, he reacted quickly: the emergency call reached us, and we were able to take the animals into our shelter immediately.    
First care at the shelter
  • The cats were examined and treated by the vet.  
  • We feed them regularly and keep them in a clean and cozy room. 
A second beginning
  • The four of them are now making remarkable progress. They enjoy their meals, start playing and slowly discover their surroundings.  
  • Lilly, the smallest, is already proving to be a brave adventurer. Her siblings follow her curiously – a sign that the trauma is slowly fading.  
  • Our team is working with great patience to rebuild the cats' trust in people. Every stroke, every minute together helps to bring back their zest for life.
